Delete account

When you want to delete your Startselect account, we kindly ask you to follow the steps below. Once completed, your account will be permanently deleted. You will lose access to all your order details, order history, and you will no longer receive newsletters.

Note: Deleting your account cannot be undone!

Website:

• Go to the Startselect login screen and log in with your Startselect account.
• Under the Preferences (⛭) - Privacy / Account tab, you will find the option to delete your Startselect account.
• Click on Remove data.
• Enter your password and click Confirm.
• Your account will be deleted within the legal timeframe.

App:

• Log in to the app and go to Profile (👤).
• Then tap on Account details (👤).
• Here, you will find the option to delete your account by tapping Delete account.
• Confirm the deletion at the bottom by tapping Delete account.
• Your account will be deleted within the legal timeframe.
